Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Research and identify companies suitable for conferences and special feature reports
• Contact decision makers and arrange meetings for the EVP and Senior Project Director
• Draft detailed, personalized emails and conduct in-depth company analysis
• Identify timely outreach opportunities such as recent rebrands or product launches
• Update CRM systems and maintain meeting agendas
• Prepare clear briefs and briefing materials for designated roles

Requirements

• Experience in B2B outreach, sales support, or lead generation
• Experience researching prospective clients and markets
• Strong communication skills for engaging with C-suite stakeholders
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Ability to draft compelling written communications
• Proficiency with CRM systems and AI productivity tools
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
