Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified pipeline through account-based outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
  • Convert conversations into committed meetings and viable opportunities with senior technical and business stakeholders
  • Partner closely with Regional Sales Managers to develop and execute territory strategy
  • Continuously learn and develop craft through coaching, enablement, and peer feedback
  • Consistently exceed individual quota to support team success

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in software sales
  • Documented history of excellence in sales, athletics, academics, or leadership
  • Active AI fluency and integration of AI into personal workflows
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional phone presence
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-growth, and ambiguous environment
  • Highly organized and self-directed with personal performance tracking systems
