Responsibilities
- Generate qualified pipeline through account-based outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
- Convert conversations into committed meetings and viable opportunities with senior technical and business stakeholders
- Partner closely with Regional Sales Managers to develop and execute territory strategy
- Continuously learn and develop craft through coaching, enablement, and peer feedback
- Consistently exceed individual quota to support team success
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in software sales
- Documented history of excellence in sales, athletics, academics, or leadership
- Active AI fluency and integration of AI into personal workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional phone presence
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-growth, and ambiguous environment
- Highly organized and self-directed with personal performance tracking systems
