About the role
Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and actively approach new customers in the North America region
- Perform outbound call campaigns related to trade shows, specific events, or assigned target markets
- Meet or exceed quotas for qualified leads passed to the sales team
- Document all activities and interactions within Salesforce CRM
- Provide clear and compelling explanations of business value to prospective clients
- Conduct market analysis and organizational research within prospective client companies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation
- B2B experience is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding phone presence with the ability to build trust with prospective clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google, WebEx, and Salesforce.com
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directives independently
