Responsibilities
- Execute cold outreach, including cold calling and emailing, to prospect target personas and nurture leads
- Conduct research to identify key target personas and gather relevant contact information
- Qualify sales opportunities and collaborate with larger sales teams to advance deals
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing and events to convert them into qualified opportunities
- Utilize CRM software to track, measure, and manage all sales development efforts
- Strategize with sales teams on key focus areas to generate a consistent sales pipeline
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve common sales objectives
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role
- Proven sales experience working within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) market
- Strong lead generation and prospecting skills, including cold calling and nurturing leads
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
- Full proficiency in both English and Arabic
