Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Drive sales pipeline growth through targeted outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
• Conduct research to identify and prioritize key target personas and organize contact information
• Lead cold-calling campaigns to engage prospects, nurture warm leads, and qualify new opportunities
• Follow up on leads generated by marketing and events to convert them into qualified sales opportunities
• Partner with sales teams to develop pipeline generation strategies and align outreach with business goals
• Use CRM tools to track, analyze, and report on sales development activities to ensure data accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deal progression and seamless communication

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role
• Proven skills in lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, and nurturing leads
• Demonstrated ability to qualify opportunities, handle objections, and progress deals
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are preferred
• Results-driven mindset with experience working toward commission-based targets and KPIs
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and an interest in using AI tools to drive efficiency
