Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume, highly personalized multi-channel outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone, and voicemail
• Build and manage multi-step outreach sequences in Apollo
• Research target accounts and contacts to craft relevant, personalized messaging
• Map out organizational structures and identify key decision-makers
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ICP criteria and hand off to Account Executives

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales, SDR, BDR, or business development role
• Experience in B2B technology or IT services preferred
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding outbound activity and pipeline targets
• Strong written communication skills
• Experience with outreach platforms such as Apollo, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, or Outreach
• CRM experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
