About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume, highly personalized multi-channel outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone, and voicemail
- Build and manage multi-step outreach sequences in Apollo
- Research target accounts and contacts to craft relevant, personalized messaging
- Map out organizational structures and identify key decision-makers
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ICP criteria and hand off to Account Executives
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales, SDR, BDR, or business development role
- Experience in B2B technology or IT services preferred
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding outbound activity and pipeline targets
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience with outreach platforms such as Apollo, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, or Outreach
- CRM experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus

- Comfortable engaging with senior executives and navigating complex organizations
