Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers and key decision-makers
• Engage prospects through email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Qualify prospects and book meetings/product demos for Account Executives
• Develop and refine outreach messaging and sequences
• Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline in the CRM
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve targeting and conversion
• Meet and exceed activity and qualified-meeting goals

Requirements

• 1–3 years of SDR/BDR or sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Self-motivated and resilient mindset with a track record of hitting goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong research and organizational skills
• Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in or familiarity with AI, gaming, 3D, or creative tools
