Sales Development Representative

About the Company

Melius is building the creative canvas for agents. We’re creating a new category of AI-native creative tooling: a collaborative workspace where humans and agents generate, edit, and orchestrate images and videos together.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, phone, and other creative channels
• Research target accounts and craft highly personalized outreach to senior marketing, creative, and brand leaders
• Generate qualified meetings for the sales team and consistently exceed pipeline goals
• Build account plans and identify buying signals across enterprise organizations
• Experiment with new outbound strategies, messaging, tooling, and AI workflows
• Work closely with founders to refine ICPs, messaging, and sales playbooks
• Maintain a clean, organized CRM and continuously improve outbound processes

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a customer-facing role at a high-growth startup or SaaS company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly motivated, resilient, and comfortable with high-volume outbound
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in-person from our NYC office 5 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in AI, creative technology, marketing, or enterprise software
• Experience with AI tools, automation, and modern outbound techniques
