About the role

About the Company

Marloo is building the AI partner for financial advisers, providing the infrastructure the profession has always needed. Backed by Blackbird Ventures, we have onboarded over 650 firms across six countries in under a year with almost zero churn.

Responsibilities

  • Build Marloo's outbound motion from scratch, including lists, messaging, and cadences
  • Own target lists, outreach, and repeatable sales systems
  • Use AI tools to accelerate the booking of demos
  • Run first demos for smaller firms and manage the full sales cycle to close
  • Hand off larger firms to the founding team after the initial demo
  • Provide market feedback regarding objections and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Previous experience in outbound sales (formal or scrappy startup experience)
  • Coachable, hungry, competitive, and sharp mindset
  • Strong phone presence and natural cold outreach skills
  • Active user of AI tools for productivity
  • Based in London and willing to work in the office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Clay, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Background in fintech, financial services, or regulated industries
  • Experience working in early-stage startups
