Sales Development Representative Manager

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop a team of 6–15 SDRs
• Set and enforce daily KPI targets including lead response time and conversion rates
• Oversee response to all inbound leads from digital, phone, email, and AI-assisted chat
• Manage SDR toolstack including CRM, dialer, and sequencing tools
• Refine SDR playbooks, call scripts, and email sequences
• Collaborate with Marketing to optimize the MQL-to-meeting-booked motion
• Manage SDR scheduling to ensure coverage across North American time zones
• Identify and fast-track high performers for career progression

Requirements

• 3–5+ years managing high-volume inbound SDR or call center sales teams
• Proven track record in a speed-to-lead environment
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
• Strong process orientation and ability to build playbooks
• Data-driven approach to managing team performance
• Experience managing or coordinating with outsourced/BPO partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in home services (HVAC, solar, home improvement, etc.)
• Experience with AI-assisted chat platforms and sales coaching tools (Gong, Chorus)
• Experience designing SDR compensation plans
• Familiarity with power or auto-dialers
