Lio is building the AI workforce for procurement, backed by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z). We are bringing Silicon Valley ambition and speed to Munich, working with Fortune 500 companies to transform procurement operations through AI agents.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify pipeline through creative outbound and inbound strategies
  • Engage early-stage prospects and educate them on AI-driven procurement transformation
  • Run outreach across multiple channels including email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to refine messaging and handoff processes
  • Capture customer feedback and share insights with the Product team
  • Own the pipeline from first touch to handoff to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Help build and continuously improve the go-to-market playbook
