About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by qualifying warm inbound leads via telephone and email

  • Qualify leads using BANT frameworks to ensure high-quality opportunities
  • Book meetings and product demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to share market feedback
  • Execute sales and marketing initiatives to increase Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Experience in a sales or call centre environment
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Knowledge of sales development best practices and lead qualification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
