About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients within the German hospitality sector
- Use consultative phone skills to connect with decision-makers and overcome objections
- Maintain clean and accurate data in Salesforce
- Collaborate with Account Executives to transition leads and close deals
- Maintain a high-energy "hunter" mindset
Requirements
- Fluency in German
- Professional command of English
- Experience with outbound activity and cold calling
- Proficiency with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
