About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients within the German hospitality sector
  • Use consultative phone skills to connect with decision-makers and overcome objections
  • Maintain clean and accurate data in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to transition leads and close deals
  • Maintain a high-energy "hunter" mindset

Requirements

  • Fluency in German
  • Professional command of English
  • Experience with outbound activity and cold calling
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
