Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and social media
- Assess lead potential by understanding needs, pain points, and buying processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to move them through the sales funnel
- Schedule meetings, demos, or calls for the sales team with qualified leads
- Track and manage leads using CRM software to ensure accurate recording of interactions
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and meetings set
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a team leadership role
- Proven experience in lead generation, outbound sales, and B2B SaaS
- Expertise in enterprise sales and domestic sales
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales activities
- Ability to track progress towards sales goals and provide regular reports to management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
