Sales Development Representative Lead

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and social media
• Assess lead potential by understanding needs, pain points, and buying processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to move them through the sales funnel
• Schedule meetings, demos, or calls for the sales team with qualified leads
• Track and manage leads using CRM software to ensure accurate recording of interactions
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and meetings set

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales or business development
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a team leadership role
• Proven experience in lead generation, outbound sales, and B2B SaaS
• Expertise in enterprise sales and domestic sales
• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales activities
• Ability to track progress towards sales goals and provide regular reports to management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
