About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute targeted outbound outreach through personalized email, LinkedIn, and other channels to high-priority accounts.
  • Research and identify key stakeholders within private equity, consulting, and venture capital firms.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline by qualifying opportunities and ensuring seamless handoffs to Account Executives.
  • Utilize modern GTM tools and frontier AI products to uncover market signals and buying opportunities.
  • Support company events, conferences, and executive dinners to build community relationships.
  • Run structured experiments to test new messaging and outbound playbooks.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, consulting, banking, or high-performance customer-facing roles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills suitable for sophisticated professional audiences.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on CRM hygiene.
  • Competitive mindset and motivation driven by ambitious growth goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where processes are actively being built.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to or working within financial services firms.
  • Proficiency with GTM tools such as Clay, Attio, Apollo, or HubSpot.
  • Background in startups, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital.
  • A track record of exceptional achievement in academics, athletics, or entrepreneurship.
