Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation through strategic outbound outreach
- Target Heads of Talent, VP People, and recruiting agency owners
- Partner closely with AEs, Product, and Marketing to engage prospects
- Help refine and build the outbound playbook alongside Account Executives
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
- Strong, clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills
- Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience with prospecting tools like Apollo or Clay
- Ability to work in-office in San Francisco 5 days a week
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to TA or HR personas
- Experience at an early-stage startup or small GTM team
- Comfort navigating Product-Led Growth environments
