Responsibilities

  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation through strategic outbound outreach
  • Target Heads of Talent, VP People, and recruiting agency owners
  • Partner closely with AEs, Product, and Marketing to engage prospects
  • Help refine and build the outbound playbook alongside Account Executives

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
  • Strong, clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills
  • Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Experience with prospecting tools like Apollo or Clay
  • Ability to work in-office in San Francisco 5 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to TA or HR personas
  • Experience at an early-stage startup or small GTM team
  • Comfort navigating Product-Led Growth environments
