Responsibilities

  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation through strategic outbound outreach
  • Target Heads of Talent, VP People, and recruiting agency owners
  • Partner closely with AEs, Product, and Marketing to engage prospects
  • Help refine and build the outbound playbook alongside AEs

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
  • Strong, clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led GTM environment
  • Experience with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Experience with prospecting tools such as Apollo or Clay
  • Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (in-office 5 days a week required)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to TA or HR personas
  • Experience at an early-stage startup or GTM team of less than 5 people
  • Comfort navigating Product-Led Growth environments

Benefits

  • $70K–$90K base salary
  • $110K - $130K OTE
