Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation through strategic outbound outreach
- Target Heads of Talent, VP People, and recruiting agency owners
- Partner closely with AEs, Product, and Marketing to engage prospects
- Help refine and build the outbound playbook alongside AEs
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
- Strong, clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led GTM environment
- Experience with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience with prospecting tools such as Apollo or Clay
- Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (in-office 5 days a week required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to TA or HR personas
- Experience at an early-stage startup or GTM team of less than 5 people
- Comfort navigating Product-Led Growth environments
Benefits
- $70K–$90K base salary
- $110K - $130K OTE
- Uncapped commission
