About the role

Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of cold calls daily to drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation
  • Build, test, and iterate AI-powered outbound workflows using tools like Clay and Apollo
  • Use AI tools to research accounts and personalize outreach at scale
  • Pre-qualify prospects on business size, hiring volume, and seasonal workforce needs
  • Partner with Account Executives to sharpen targeting strategies
  • Maintain clean, real-time CRM hygiene in Salesforce
  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities

Requirements

  • Prior sales development or business development experience
  • Hunter mindset with comfort in high-volume outbound environments (50+ dials a day)
  • Experience building or managing automated outbound workflows (Clay, Apollo, Outreach, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or ability to learn quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Genuine curiosity about AI tools and their application in sales
