About the role
Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of cold calls daily to drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation
- Build, test, and iterate AI-powered outbound workflows using tools like Clay and Apollo
- Use AI tools to research accounts and personalize outreach at scale
- Pre-qualify prospects on business size, hiring volume, and seasonal workforce needs
- Partner with Account Executives to sharpen targeting strategies
- Maintain clean, real-time CRM hygiene in Salesforce
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities
Requirements
- Prior sales development or business development experience
- Hunter mindset with comfort in high-volume outbound environments (50+ dials a day)
- Experience building or managing automated outbound workflows (Clay, Apollo, Outreach, or similar)
- Proficiency in Salesforce or ability to learn quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine curiosity about AI tools and their application in sales
