About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic outbound prospecting across targeted enterprise accounts using personalized cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and multi-channel sequences
  • Build relationships with prospects by researching business challenges and tailoring outreach to Insider One’s value proposition
  • Qualify and develop sales opportunities using an account-based approach to pass sales-ready leads to Account Executives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with AEs, Marketing, and leadership to refine messaging and align on go-to-market strategies
  • Leverage martech tools such as 6sense, Salesloft, and Salesforce to prioritize accounts based on intent signals and engagement data
  • Contribute to ABM campaigns and demand generation initiatives to support the broader SaaS buying process

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales Development, Demand Generation, ABM, or Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a comparable field
  • Exposure to the e-commerce or digital marketing industry
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (oral and written)
  • Proficiency or familiarity with mainstream martech tools (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, 6sense)
  • Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • Hands-on experience using generative AI tools for sales productivity
