Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Generate a pipeline of leads and business opportunities through prospecting and market research
• Follow up with prospects through inbound and outbound cold calls and emails
• Partner closely with Account Executives to move qualified pipeline through the sales cycle
• Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively communicate value propositions
• Brainstorm with the team to identify key players and generate interest in products
• Maintain and expand the prospect database within assigned segments

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred (recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Natural comfort with high-volume phone outreach
• Knowledge of e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus
