About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive market share by qualifying and delivering leads to build the pipeline for the Sales Executive team
  • Act as the first line of communication and a primary advocate for Conga with potential prospects
  • Proactively initiate outreach sequences and research new tactics to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Manage key accounts and prospects with high levels of organization and follow-up
  • Collaborate with team members to find solutions to challenges and share knowledge across the business

Requirements

  • Motivated with a strong sales instinct and a desire to grow in a B2B software environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Resourceful, collaborative, and able to take initiative without constant supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and clear verbal/written expression
  • Ability to work in an onsite capacity in Houston, TX

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience operating on CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce
  • Innovative thinking regarding digital media and data-driven targeting
  • A degree or relevant work experience demonstrating a hunger to grow in an entry-level sales role
