Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities with converters and print service providers
• Execute outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify key decision-makers
• Qualify inbound leads from marketing programs and schedule high-quality meetings for Field Sales Representatives
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and account information in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Collaborate with sales teams to refine messaging, handle objections, and improve conversion rates
• Support HP marketing initiatives, customer events, and Graphics Experience Center activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2–3+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or B2B prospecting
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage high-volume outreach
• Ability to work onsite in Alpharetta, GA, five days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B technology, industrial markets, or digital printing
