Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other methods
  • Schedule in-person meetings or phone calls for Land Acquisition Agents and Account Executives
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure successful meeting hand-offs
  • Act as a subject matter expert on homebuilding to provide prospects with peace of mind
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, demo requests, and other channels
  • Present Homebound’s value propositions in a clear and concise manner
  • Proactively identify potential prospects and find contact information using prospecting software
  • Diligently update Salesforce to ensure CRM data accuracy
  • Manage an ongoing prospect pipeline and report outreach metrics to leadership

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience as an outbound prospector (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn)
  • Track record of personal accountability and professionalism
  • Resilience and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2+ years of experience in a sales-related role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in homebuilding, real estate, or construction sales
