Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other methods
- Schedule in-person meetings or phone calls for Land Acquisition Agents and Account Executives
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure successful meeting hand-offs
- Act as a subject matter expert on homebuilding to provide prospects with peace of mind
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, demo requests, and other channels
- Present Homebound’s value propositions in a clear and concise manner
- Proactively identify potential prospects and find contact information using prospecting software
- Diligently update Salesforce to ensure CRM data accuracy
- Manage an ongoing prospect pipeline and report outreach metrics to leadership
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience as an outbound prospector (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn)
- Track record of personal accountability and professionalism
- Resilience and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2+ years of experience in a sales-related role
