Responsibilities

  • Outreach directly into prospective agents via cold-calls, text, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, and LinkedIn
  • Research and craft personalized outreach to target accounts in collaboration with the growth team
  • Find creative methods and channels to guide prospects to free trials
  • Help define and improve sales processes, strategies, and tactics
  • Monitor new signups via Slack and engage them to schedule meetings for the sales organization
  • Execute against monthly performance goals

Requirements

  • Fluent in French
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience engaging customers and prospects
  • Self-starter with the ability to self-motivate in a high-growth startup
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in technology and data
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
