About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate pipeline through inbound follow-up and outbound prospecting
- Qualify and route leads via first-touch discovery and assessment
- Execute targeted outbound plays using email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Maintain clean CRM data and track activity rigorously
- Iterate messaging, sequences, and channels to improve conversion
- Leverage AI tools to research accounts and craft personalized outreach
Requirements
- 1+ years in a BDR role or high-cadence customer-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle discovery and objections
- High ownership, organization, and ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into SMB, Mid-Market, or Enterprise segments
- Experience partnering with Account Executives on account strategy
- Comfort using intent signals and AI tools for personalization
