About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate pipeline through inbound follow-up and outbound prospecting
  • Qualify and route leads via first-touch discovery and assessment
  • Execute targeted outbound plays using email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Maintain clean CRM data and track activity rigorously
  • Iterate messaging, sequences, and channels to improve conversion
  • Leverage AI tools to research accounts and craft personalized outreach

Requirements

  • 1+ years in a BDR role or high-cadence customer-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle discovery and objections
  • High ownership, organization, and ability to thrive in ambiguity
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into SMB, Mid-Market, or Enterprise segments
  • Experience partnering with Account Executives on account strategy
  • Comfort using intent signals and AI tools for personalization
