Responsibilities

  • Run high-volume outbound campaigns including calls, emails, and LinkedIn follow-ups
  • Manage inbound leads immediately to qualify business owners and capture necessary details
  • Qualify prospects quickly by assessing business operations and risk profiles
  • Utilize AI tools to increase efficiency and maintain high detail orientation
  • Meet both volume and quality targets to ensure clean handoffs to Account Executives

Requirements

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-rejection, and demanding environments
  • Strong multitasking skills: ability to talk, listen, and log data simultaneously
  • Professional, confident, and clear phone presence
  • Must be based in San Francisco and able to work full-time on-site

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in insurance, fintech, or financial services
  • Experience in SDR or BDR roles at high-volume SaaS or AI companies
  • Outbound or customer-success-focused experience
  • Bilingual capabilities
