Responsibilities
- Run high-volume outbound campaigns including calls, emails, and LinkedIn follow-ups
- Manage inbound leads immediately to qualify business owners and capture necessary details
- Qualify prospects quickly by assessing business operations and risk profiles
- Utilize AI tools to increase efficiency and maintain high detail orientation
- Meet both volume and quality targets to ensure clean handoffs to Account Executives
Requirements
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-rejection, and demanding environments
- Strong multitasking skills: ability to talk, listen, and log data simultaneously
- Professional, confident, and clear phone presence
- Must be based in San Francisco and able to work full-time on-site
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in insurance, fintech, or financial services
- Experience in SDR or BDR roles at high-volume SaaS or AI companies
- Outbound or customer-success-focused experience
- Bilingual capabilities
