Gradient Labs is building the AI customer operations platform for financial services. Founded in 2023, the company works with major names in banking and fintech to eliminate manual work across customer support and back-office operations using specialist AI agents.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Enterprise AEs to prioritize high-conviction accounts across banking, fintech, lending, and insurance
- Generate pipeline through cold calling, personalized email, and LinkedIn outreach to C-level buyers
- Operate and tune AI-powered tools for research, enrichment, sequencing, and signal monitoring
- Act as the first human touchpoint for the brand, representing the company as a trusted advisor
- Build deep expertise in the product, the financial services market, and AI customer operations
- Feed field signals back to Marketing, Sales Ops, and Product teams to improve targeting and messaging
