About the role
Responsibilities
- Build high-quality outbound pipeline by identifying and researching AI labs, platform teams, and model builders
- Craft deeply personalized outreach using account research, product signals, and market context
- Create the first version of the SDR playbook by testing channels, messaging, sequences, and qualification criteria
- Partner with GTM and Field teams to bring prospect signals into account strategy and campaign design
- Maintain rigorous pipeline operations including CRM hygiene, handoffs, follow-up, and reporting
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to learn technical products quickly and communicate with technical buyers
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- High agency, persistence, and comfort operating without a fully built playbook
- Strong organizational habits and ability to manage many high-quality follow-ups
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SDR, AE, growth, founder-led sales, or similar opportunity-creation roles
- Familiarity with AI/ML teams, infrastructure, developer tools, or enterprise technical buyers
- Track record of excellence in a high-growth startup or ambiguous environment
- Experience using research, product usage, or community signals to identify high-intent prospects
