Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality outbound pipeline by identifying and researching AI labs, platform teams, and model builders
• Craft deeply personalized outreach using account research, product signals, and market context
• Create the first version of the SDR playbook by testing channels, messaging, sequences, and qualification criteria
• Partner with GTM and Field teams to bring prospect signals into account strategy and campaign design
• Maintain rigorous pipeline operations including CRM hygiene, handoffs, follow-up, and reporting

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to learn technical products quickly and communicate with technical buyers
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• High agency, persistence, and comfort operating without a fully built playbook
• Strong organizational habits and ability to manage many high-quality follow-ups

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SDR, AE, growth, founder-led sales, or similar opportunity-creation roles
• Familiarity with AI/ML teams, infrastructure, developer tools, or enterprise technical buyers
• Track record of excellence in a high-growth startup or ambiguous environment
• Experience using research, product usage, or community signals to identify high-intent prospects
