About the Company

Glimpse is the leading AI platform for CPG brands, automating critical back-office workflows like deductions management, revenue recovery, and cash application. Since launching in April 2024, the company has grown to over 200 customers and raised $52M from investors including a16z, 8VC, and Y Combinator.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Engage with new prospects via cold calling or LinkedIn DM'ing to convert qualified leads into meetings
  • Identify and convert new prospects at tradeshows, conferences, and industry social events
  • Work closely with Sales, Growth, and the CEO to refine and execute Top of Funnel strategy

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as an SDR
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in past sales roles
  • Fearless attitude when talking to new people and a motivated self-starter
  • Tenacious approach to handling phone and in-person rejection
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions
  • Ability to work in-person in the NYC office 5 days a week
  • Ability to travel to conferences approximately 30%

Preferred Qualifications

  • B2B SaaS experience
  • Experience working for companies focused on AI applications in vertical markets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and AI sales tools like Clay
