Glimpse is the leading AI platform for CPG brands, automating critical back-office workflows like deductions management, revenue recovery, and cash application. Since launching in April 2024, the company has grown to over 200 customers and raised $52M from investors including a16z, 8VC, and Y Combinator.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Engage with new prospects via cold calling or LinkedIn DM'ing to convert qualified leads into meetings
- Identify and convert new prospects at tradeshows, conferences, and industry social events
- Work closely with Sales, Growth, and the CEO to refine and execute Top of Funnel strategy
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as an SDR
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in past sales roles
- Fearless attitude when talking to new people and a motivated self-starter
- Tenacious approach to handling phone and in-person rejection
- Excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions
- Ability to work in-person in the NYC office 5 days a week
- Ability to travel to conferences approximately 30%
Preferred Qualifications
- B2B SaaS experience
- Experience working for companies focused on AI applications in vertical markets
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and AI sales tools like Clay
