About the role

Responsibilities

  • Run outbound prospecting at volume using multi-touch sequences across cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Manage inbound leads with high speed-to-lead, responding to demo requests, webinars, and live chats
  • Use sales intelligence tools to map buying committees and identify trigger events within target agencies
  • Conduct deep discovery to qualify prospects on role, agency size, pain points, and urgency
  • Partner with Account Executives to align prospecting motions with regional territory plans
  • Maintain strict CRM discipline by keeping all activity and lead statuses current in Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign signals

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales development experience in SaaS or a comparable B2B environment
  • Proven cold-calling skills with the ability to handle objections and engage senior decision-makers
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot for pipeline management and sequencing
  • Hands-on experience with prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo or similar platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for high-quality email and phone outreach
  • High level of resilience, consistency, and self-direction in a high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with live chat platforms such as Qualified
  • Prior experience or exposure to Fire, EMS, or public safety operations
