Finch is building the infrastructure to make justice radically more accessible. We automate the administrative work in consumer law, starting with personal injury, to help law firms scale and put clients first. Backed by Sequoia and Redpoint, we are rebuilding how the law serves everyday Americans.
Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound email, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach to law firm decision-makers
- Build Finch's SDR playbook by testing messaging and tracking performance
- Execute daily outbound activities with discipline and consistency
- Convert early interest into booked meetings for the Account Executive team
- Maintain clean and accurate pipeline data in the CRM
- Represent Finch at legal tech conferences and industry events
Requirements
- Experience in a client-facing outbound sales or business development role
- Ability to test, iterate, and optimize outbound messaging and workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel regularly to conferences
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience building or contributing to an SDR playbook
- Familiarity with the legal industry or professional services
- Experience working at a high-growth startup
