Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new accounts via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Manage inbound interest and qualify leads to determine fit
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges
- Deliver tailored product demos to different personas
- Help build and refine outbound playbooks and sales processes
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership on go-to-market initiatives
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of empathy and ability to tailor messaging
- Track record of high achievement in previous roles
- Builder mindset with a desire to refine systems from the ground up
- Highly motivated, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with outbound prospecting or cold outreach
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales or go-to-market roles
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sales tooling
- Background in financial services or workflow-heavy industries
