Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new accounts via email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Manage inbound interest and qualify leads to determine fit
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges
  • Deliver tailored product demos to different personas
  • Help build and refine outbound playbooks and sales processes
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership on go-to-market initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High level of empathy and ability to tailor messaging
  • Track record of high achievement in previous roles
  • Builder mindset with a desire to refine systems from the ground up
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with outbound prospecting or cold outreach
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales or go-to-market roles
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sales tooling
  • Background in financial services or workflow-heavy industries
