Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting into a defined territory of Mid-Market accounts globally
• Build target account lists in partnership with Account Executives using sales tools
• Run multi-channel outbound sequences via email, phone, LinkedIn, and direct outreach
• Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities and book discovery meetings
• Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene in Salesforce
• Hit and exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings and opportunities

Requirements

• 1-3 years of full-time professional experience
• 6+ months in an SDR/BDR/ADR role at a B2B SaaS company
• Track record of hitting or exceeding outbound quotas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High intellectual curiosity regarding technical workflows like CI/CD and platform engineering
• Proficiency with modern sales stacks including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling into engineering, DevOps, or platform buyers
• Background as a technical founder, computer science student, or developer
• Exposure to Mid-Market or Enterprise sales cycles
• Familiarity with AI-native tooling and developer productivity landscape
