About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect, strategize, and qualify high-quality leads in collaboration with Account Executives
- Engage prospects through high-volume cold-calling, email, social outreach, and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate meetings and calls between qualified leads and the Sales team
- Develop personalized sales strategies by analyzing prospect business needs and online information
- Build initial client profiles to help develop tailored solutions for potential customers
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams to drive market growth in the DACH region
Requirements
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles such as Sales, Customer Success, or Project Management
- A strong sales mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets
- Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage tasks and pipelines
- Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging with diverse prospects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
