About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads and conduct proactive postbound outreach to generate qualified sales pipeline for the Italian market
- Perform consultative discovery with HR Managers and CEOs to understand business challenges and position solution value
- Execute multichannel outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to build relationships and create momentum
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Operations to optimize conversion throughout the sales cycle
- Maintain high-quality workflows and track performance using HubSpot and Aircall
- Nurture leads through consistent communication to keep them engaged in the decision-making journey
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in an SDR or similar sales role
- Proficiency in Italian and professional proficiency in English
- Currently living in Barcelona to work on-site
- Experience in a SaaS or digital business environment
- Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot and Aircall
- Strong communication, listening, and consultative selling skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven success in postbound, warm outbound, or re-engagement motions
- Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and identify improvements
- Experience using structured lead qualification frameworks and methodologies
