About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, strategize, and qualify leads within the Italian market to ensure high-quality sales cycles
  • Engage with HR experts to discover their pain points and deliver value through a consultative approach
  • Connect with B2B prospects via cold-calling, LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels
  • Partner with Account Executives to coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the sales team
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product teams to optimize sales efforts
  • Analyze prospect information online to create and execute personalized outreach strategies

Requirements

  • Proficient level of Italian and professional English
  • 1+ years of experience in outbound or inbound sales or marketing roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to engage prospects
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Ability to take ownership of goals and work effectively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an SDR in a SaaS or digital environment
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Loom
  • Understanding of successful campaign rollouts and qualification methodologies
