About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the early stages of the sales cycle by prospecting, researching, and qualifying leads.
  • Engage with prospects through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels (approx. 60–80 touchpoints per day).
  • Qualify both inbound marketing leads and outbound prospects to book high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline within HubSpot.
  • Provide feedback to Sales and Marketing teams regarding lead quality, persona trends, and market blockers.
  • Test and iterate on new messaging and outbound campaigns.

Requirements

  • Native-level Portuguese and professional English.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales, SDR, or BDR roles, ideally within a SaaS or digital environment.
  • Proven experience working with or selling to the Portuguese market.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (such as HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • High resilience, proactivity, and the ability to manage a high volume of outreach.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to structure persuasive conversations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in outbound prospecting and building/iterating outbound campaigns.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
