About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect, plan strategies, and qualify high-quality leads in collaboration with Partners.
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls (60-80 daily), networking, email, and social media.
- Develop personalized research strategies to analyze prospect information and leverage it for sales efforts.
- Analyze business needs and identify potential solutions for prospects.
- Identify and build strong relationships with strategic partners in the HR and technology space.
- Manage the sales cycle for potential partners until they join the partner program.
- Collect feedback from partners and clients to identify opportunities to strengthen the partnership channel.
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or Tech sales.
- 1+ year of experience in sales or channel-based roles.
- A "hunter" mentality with high energy, persistence, and a drive for results.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapid empathy with people.
- High level of ownership, organization, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in startups or fast-growth environments.
- Knowledge of Human Resources, Payroll, or the SMB market.
- Proficiency with sales tools such as HubSpot.
- Previous experience working with partnerships and channel distribution.
