About the role
Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential enterprise customers through email outreach and cold calling
- Qualify leads by uncovering prospect needs through effective questioning and relationship building
- Move high-quality leads through the sales funnel and arrange meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate activity and contact records within the CRM system
- Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on targeting and messaging effectiveness
- Contribute to the development of outreach strategies, best practices, and sales assets
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a BDR or SDR-related role
- Target-oriented mindset with motivation to achieve stretch goals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused approach with an ability to use data to solve problems
- Process-driven with an interest in developing efficient and scalable procedures
- Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team player
- Strong interest in fintech and/or technology sectors
