About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate net new sales pipeline for the Account Executive team
- Prospect leads from sources including LinkedIn and ZoomInfo
- Conduct cold calls, warm calls, and emails to prospective property manager clients
- Communicate with executives and leadership teams of prospective clients
- Manage a pipeline of new business opportunities towards company goals
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns using Outreach.io and Sales Navigator
Requirements
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
- Experience with high touch outbound sales development
- Demonstrated experience in consistently hitting and exceeding quota
- Goal-oriented and high energy with a sense of urgency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
- Willingness to work in person at the office 5 days a week
