Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Generate net new sales pipeline for the Account Executive team
• Prospect leads from sources including LinkedIn and ZoomInfo
• Conduct cold calls, warm calls, and emails to prospective property manager clients
• Communicate with executives and leadership teams of prospective clients
• Manage a pipeline of new business opportunities towards company goals
• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns using Outreach.io and Sales Navigator

Requirements

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
• Experience with high touch outbound sales development
• Demonstrated experience in consistently hitting and exceeding quota
• Goal-oriented and high energy with a sense of urgency
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
• Willingness to work in person at the office 5 days a week
