About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting across mid-market and Fortune 1000 accounts using multi-channel outreach
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business pain and fit for Money Movement products
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and AI-enabled tools for efficient outreach
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure seamless opportunity handoff and qualification
- Manage inbound lead qualification and perform in-depth discovery with enterprise prospects
- Track and report on key performance metrics including outreach volume and pipeline contribution
Requirements
- 5+ years of outbound business development experience in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of generating high-quality outbound pipeline
- Experience working within SDR teams
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and AI-enabled prospecting platforms
- Strong communication skills for engaging senior decision-makers
- Ability to work US working hours from the Cape Town office
