Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Build targeted prospect lists across sports, media, publishers, brands, and creators
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to understand challenges and commercial potential
- Book high-quality discovery meetings for the Business Development Manager
- Manage and maintain an accurate pipeline within HubSpot
- Track outreach activity and engagement to improve conversion rates
- Refine messaging, campaigns, and prospecting approaches based on performance
- Collaborate with the commercial team in the London office
Requirements
- Early experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation
- Proven track record of executing outbound prospecting
- Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, self-starting mindset and resilience
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Commercial curiosity regarding customer business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within sports, media, ad-tech, sponsorship, or the creator economy
- Knowledge of sponsorship models and media rights
- Understanding of creator-led content distribution and digital audience behaviour
- Familiarity with media performance metrics such as CPM and ROI
