About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within target markets
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure high-quality opportunities
- Book qualified meetings for the internal sales team
- Maintain accurate activity logs and lead tracking within the CRM
- Consistently meet and exceed outreach and booking targets
Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory
- Previous experience in SDR, BDR, Telemarketing, or outbound sales roles
- Proven experience working specifically as a Spanish-speaking SDR
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Proficiency using CRM tools and LinkedIn for prospecting
- Self-driven, performance-oriented mindset
