About the role

Responsibilities

  • Expand pipeline by identifying and engaging high-quality prospects across target accounts
  • Research accounts and stakeholders using AI-powered tools and modern prospecting techniques
  • Build personalized outreach campaigns across email, phone, text, and social channels
  • Set up introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision-makers
  • Qualify prospects by understanding business challenges, priorities, and goals
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies
  • Leverage AI-assisted workflows to increase productivity
  • Develop, test, and optimize messaging and prospecting playbooks
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and account information within the CRM
  • Share customer insights and feedback with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Prior experience as an SDR, BDR, AE, or similar customer-facing role
  • Experience selling SaaS, technology, or IT-related products
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms like Outplay, Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
