Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential customers to expand the customer base
- Qualify leads and evaluate suitability for sales engagement
- Arrange meetings between leads and Sales Representatives
- Communicate product value and meet or exceed sales targets
- Log activities and customer data in the CRM system
- Research prospects including company profiles, decision-makers, and contact details
- Contact prospects through phone, email, networking, and social media
Requirements
- 2+ years in B2B Sales or Business Development
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Experience setting appointments through social media platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills via social networking
- Comfortable engaging senior executives over the phone and via video calls
- Familiarity with CRM and sales outreach tools such as Outreach or ZoomInfo
Preferred Qualifications
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative
- Persistence in handling rejection and navigating sales cycles
- Ability to remain calm and productive under pressure
