Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers to expand the customer base
  • Qualify leads and evaluate suitability for sales engagement
  • Arrange meetings between leads and Sales Representatives
  • Communicate product value and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Log activities and customer data in the CRM system
  • Research prospects including company profiles, decision-makers, and contact details
  • Contact prospects through phone, email, networking, and social media

Requirements

  • 2+ years in B2B Sales or Business Development
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Experience setting appointments through social media platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills via social networking
  • Comfortable engaging senior executives over the phone and via video calls
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales outreach tools such as Outreach or ZoomInfo

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative
  • Persistence in handling rejection and navigating sales cycles
  • Ability to remain calm and productive under pressure
