About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound outreach using Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing.
  • Identify target customers and book discovery calls to support pipeline growth.
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM and manage the lifecycle from discovery calls to product pilots.
  • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the sales manager in alignment with KPIs.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities by attending relevant networking events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of recent sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding lead targets.
  • Experience working in agency sales, corporate sales, or marketing environments.
  • High level of confidence in cold outreach, objection handling, and lead qualification.
  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and in-person networking.
  • Must be based in the UK with the ability to attend the London office 2-3 times per month.
  • Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience specifically as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
  • Experience selling SaaS (Software as a Service) products.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
