Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Build a strong sales pipeline of new logos by working with Partnerships, Account Executives, and fellow SDRs
• Research companies to identify new speech recognition use cases and market opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales Ops and Sales Engineers to ensure maximum sales effectiveness
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs in the ASR space and the competitive landscape
• Articulate Deepgram's value proposition to CTOs, VPs of Product, and CEOs to exceed quarterly targets

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer-facing work experience in SaaS
• Prior experience selling a technical product
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage complex outreach schedules and high-frequency touchpoints
• Empathy and a unique ability to understand and address customer needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience prospecting companies that fit an ideal customer profile
• Proven track record of consistently overachieving against sales targets
