Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and generate customer leads to drive business growth
• Drive initial prospect qualification and schedule discovery meetings
• Develop, present, and implement strategies for acquiring new business
• Conduct outbound outreach through cold calling and emailing prospective customers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal Datadog teams
• Follow established methodologies to identify unique customer needs

Requirements

• Proven excellence in written and verbal communication
• Experience or comfort with outbound outreach, including cold calling and emailing
• Strong motivation to build a long-term career in sales
• Innate curiosity and a desire to learn new technologies
• Ability to remain resilient and learn from rejection
• A collaborative mindset with a desire to succeed alongside teammates
