Responsibilities
- Identify and research target accounts and key stakeholders within innovative organizations
- Engage prospective customers through strategic outreach via email, phone, and social channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding prospect needs and uncovering pain points
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging and develop effective campaigns
- Maintain accurate records and engagement activities in CRM and sales engagement tools
- Consistently build and nurture a strong early-stage pipeline
Requirements
- 6+ months of SDR experience at a SaaS company with a highly technical product
- Experience in B2B sales or business development focusing on complex buying cycles
- Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, or Sales Navigator
- Ability to learn and communicate technical concepts and translate them into business value
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
