About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research target accounts and key stakeholders within innovative organizations
  • Engage prospective customers through strategic outreach via email, phone, and social channels
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding prospect needs and uncovering pain points
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging and develop effective campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records and engagement activities in CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Consistently build and nurture a strong early-stage pipeline

Requirements

  • 6+ months of SDR experience at a SaaS company with a highly technical product
  • Experience in B2B sales or business development focusing on complex buying cycles
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, or Sales Navigator
  • Ability to learn and communicate technical concepts and translate them into business value
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
